What is Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Rheumatoid arthritis is a long-term autoimmune condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the lining of the joints (synovium), leading to inflammation, pain, and stiffness. Over time, this ongoing inflammation can damage cartilage and bone, resulting in joint deformity and reduced function.

At Niruj Rheumatology & Allergy Clinic, early diagnosis and timely treatment play a crucial role in controlling disease progression. With a personalized treatment approach and regular monitoring, we aim to reduce pain, prevent joint damage, and help patients maintain mobility and quality of life.

Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis requires early diagnosis and appropriate treatment to control inflammation and prevent joint damage. Imaging tests like X-ray, ultrasound, or MRI help assess joint damage and disease progression.
